Who We Are
Boghos Zetlian, assisted by his wife and mother-in-law, started a small cafeteria named Restaurant Al Shams. After a decade of hard work, Shams Restaurant officially opened in 1985, fulfilling Boghos’s dream. With strategic vision, by 1995, he expanded his business by acquiring nearby properties, capitalizing on his prior success in Anjar and nearby areas.
